What does "Open Box - New" mean?

Open Box - New means the original packaging has been opened, but the product shows no signs of use and remains in new condition.


Are your products tested?

When applicable, products are inspected and tested before listing. Product condition and inspection notes are clearly stated on each product page.


Why are your prices lower than retail?

Many of our products come from overstock inventory, customer returns, and open-box stock. This allows us to offer significant savings compared to traditional retail prices.


Do products include original accessories?

Included accessories vary by item. Please refer to the product description and photos for exact contents. Any missing accessories will be disclosed whenever possible.


Can I inspect an item before pickup?

Yes. Customers are welcome to inspect their item at pickup before completing the transaction. We believe in transparency and want you to feel confident about your purchase.


Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup is available in London, Ontario. Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.


Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. Local delivery is available within London, Ontario. Most local orders are delivered within 2 business days after order confirmation.


Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada and offer local pickup in London, Ontario.


How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.


What is your return policy?

We offer a 2-day inspection period for most items. If an item is significantly different from its description or arrives with an undisclosed issue, please contact us within 2 days of delivery or pickup.


What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.


Do all items come with original packaging?

Not always. Some products may have damaged, opened, or replacement packaging. Packaging condition will be disclosed whenever applicable.


Do you sell used products?

Yes. Some products may be listed as Used - Like New, Used - Good, or Tested and Working. Product condition is clearly stated on each listing.


Are all products available in multiple quantities?

Not necessarily. Many items are unique inventory sourced from overstock and customer returns and may only be available in limited quantities.


How often do you add new products?

We regularly add new inventory throughout the week. Availability changes frequently.


Can I reserve an item?

Inventory is generally available on a first-come, first-served basis. Items are not guaranteed until an order is completed.


Do you match competitor prices?

At this time we do not offer price matching. We strive to provide fair and competitive pricing on all products.


Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout system. We do not store your payment information.


Do you have a physical store?

At this time we operate primarily online, with local pickup available in London, Ontario.
