Due to the nature of our business (overstock, liquidation, and open-box items), all sales are considered final unless the item is defective or not as described.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    We only accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective and not functioning as intended

  • The item received is significantly different from the listing description

  1. Inspection Period
    Customers must inspect the item within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
    Any issues must be reported within this timeframe with clear photo or video evidence.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (scratches, packaging damage, etc.)

  • Items sold as open box, used, or liquidation stock unless defective

  1. Condition of Return
    If a return is approved:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • All original accessories and packaging must be included

  1. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  1. Local Pickup Orders
    For local pickup orders, customers are encouraged to inspect items on-site.
    Once the item is accepted, no returns will be accepted unless a hidden defect is found within 48 hours.

  2. Right to Refuse
    We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
