Inspection Period
Customers must inspect the item within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
Any issues must be reported within this timeframe with clear photo or video evidence. -
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Minor cosmetic imperfections (scratches, packaging damage, etc.)

Items sold as open box, used, or liquidation stock unless defective

Local Pickup Orders
For local pickup orders, customers are encouraged to inspect items on-site.
